The famous French champagne house decided to expand this project because of its success, but with a humanitarian goal in mind. They have teamed up with Pamela Love and Lulu Frost in order to create a special edition that will be sold at an auction. Lulu Frost x Clicquot Mailbox auction is part of the Re-Creation Awards competition, which gives designers and newcomers in the field of design an opportunity to showcase their true talent by creating their version Clicquot mailbox. Lulu Frost x Clicquot Mailbox edition will be sold with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. This unique edition is decorated with intricate vintage chains and glittering crystal embellishments.
According to Lisa Saltzer, designer and founder of Lulu Frost jewelry brand: "For a long time I was a fan of Veuve Clicquot brand, so the association with such a well known company in this creative competition is a great joy for me and is really a celebration of fashion. Adding my famous vintage Plaza letter, which spell out LULU LOVES VC on something as unique as Clicquot Mailbox is the perfect way to represent how jewelry can push the limits of expectancy and I hope that this will inspire designers around the world to be more creative and take part in the next exciting challenge that this brand will present. "
The competition, which began 01.10. will end on 15.11. The winner of this competition will be officially presented at a ceremony on April 19 next year in France, and as a prize he or she will receive $ 13,000, while his or her creation will be the official design for the 2015 edition Clicquot Mailbox.
