Chateau Lafite 1787 – bottle was part of Thomas Jefferson’s collection and has his characteristic initials. Forbes paid 160.000 dollars for it and estimated todays value is 315.000. This wine, for now, is not for drink or sale, but part of Forbes large collection.
Heidsieck 1916 – Lost in shipwreck, this bottle was part of shipment for Russian royal family and it was found in 1997. Value of the bottle is 275.000 dollars.
Château Cheval 1947 – Bottle sold for 304.375 dollars. Current owner is anonymous collector from Switzerland. It was sold on auction in Geneva.
