This hotel is located in the heart of Chicago's Loop district, in the historic art deco building, which has 26 floors. Old Dearborn building has original elements from the 1920s, such as cigarettes oak bar, which now serves as the reception.
Inside this hotel there are 250 guest rooms, including 40 suites and two-bedroom penthouse apartment. Also, there is a restaurant run by renowned Chicago chef Rick Going, and by April of this year, it is expected to add four more restaurants and bars. How Branson says, this hotel will have four stars and highly refined service that will satisfy even the most demanding guests.
The plan is to open another location in Nashville during 2016 and the third in New York during 2017. At the end of 2016 it is planned to reveal plans for new locations, so until 2025, there will be 20 Virgin hotels in the world.
