Luxury-Hotels.com has conducted a survey that identifies the most expensive hotels in the world...
The findings came from an analysis of average room rates for standard double rooms in hotels around the world during the June to August 2012 summer season. Interestingly, half of the top 10 most expensive hotels in the world are all based in Sardinia, Italy, with Le Dune at Forte Village Resort being the most expensive of them all by a significant margin, with an average nightly rate of $2539.
