Spring is finally here, so we decided to show you the real spring watch - amazing new edition of brand Van Cleef & Arpels...
It is called Charms Extrordinaire Desir, the latest edition of the Charms Collection Extraordinaire, and his debut was during this year's SIHH watchmaking fair. It was presented with a mother-of-pearl dial, and decorated with lilies and crocuses that are made using cabochonne enamelling technique and glittering pink sapphires, amethysts and details of yellow gold.
The mechanism of this watch is located in a housing diameter of 32mm, which is made of white gold, while the base is decorated with diamonds, in addition to pink and purple sapphires. The rear of the watch, on the other hand, is decorated with interesting engraving representing the same flower that can be seen on the dial. And finally, pink alligator strap with gold buckle decorated with diamonds is the real icing on the cake of this design.
Desir is only one of the three clocks from this new series, which is inspired by flowers. The other two versions, Amour and Esperance will be presented soon.
