The largest cruise ship in the world arrived in Southampton on Wednesday morning. The price of this magnificent ship was 800 million pounds, it weighs 225,282 tons, is 208 feet wide and 1,187 long. This mega ship has enough room for 5,400 passengers, 2,394 crew members on its 16 decks. With 21 pools, its adjusted version of New York's Central Park, Aqua Theatre, seven different parts of the accommodation units that are designed for the ultimate enjoyment, a huge shopping area measuring 10,000 m2, 37 bars and restaurants, this huge cruiser is 40% larger than any another ship that has ever been docked on the shores of Great Britain. The construction of this ship took three years, and it was constructed in Finland. It was officially presented to the world in 2009.
