Louis Vuitton continues to expand its luxury beauty line, La Beauté, with the introduction of an entirely new product – LV Crayon, the first lip liner in the history of the house.
Following the successful launch of lipsticks, lip balms and eyeshadow palettes, the new pencil marks another step toward creating a complete makeup collection under the creative direction of legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath.
Known for her revolutionary approach to beauty, Pat McGrath emphasizes that defining the lips is the starting point for every makeup look she creates for Louis Vuitton runway shows.
“Every look I have ever created for Louis Vuitton begins with the lip line – it is where precision becomes artistry. LV Crayon is a tool that deserves to be in every woman’s hand. It is as effortless to use as it is beautiful to hold,” McGrath said.
Creamy Formula With Peptides and 10 Shades
The new LV Crayon has been designed as the perfect companion to the existing LV Rouge lipsticks and LV Baume lip balms. Its formula is lightweight, exceptionally creamy and enriched with peptides that help create the appearance of fuller lips while allowing their contours to be defined with precision.
Pat McGrath has developed ten intensely pigmented shades designed to complement different skin tones and makeup styles. The palette ranges from the natural 190 Beige Atlas to the striking deep-red 896 Monogram Rouge.
Like the rest of the La Beauté collection, LV Crayon has been conceived as an easy-to-layer and versatile product, serving as the perfect foundation for a variety of makeup looks – from understated daytime styles to glamorous evening looks.
Luxury in Every Detail
Beyond its formula, the product itself immediately commands attention. The pencil carries the unmistakable Louis Vuitton signature, including a shape inspired by the house’s iconic Monogram, bringing the fashion house’s luxury aesthetic into the beauty category.
LV Crayon is priced at $58 and is available through the official Louis Vuitton website.
