The project arrives at an important moment for Lefay Resorts & Residences, following its recent joint venture with Marriott International, further strengthening the international positioning of the brand’s distinctive Italian wellness philosophy.

Just Five Villas Within an 11-Hectare Park

The Sky Pool Villas are located within Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, surrounded by an expansive 11-hectare park that slopes toward the western shore of Lake Garda.

Rather than creating another conventional hotel accommodation concept, the project has been conceived as a combination of an independent private residence and the services of a luxury resort. Owners and guests therefore enjoy the privacy of their own villa while simultaneously having access to the services and amenities of the Lefay collection.

The development’s exclusivity is emphasized by the extremely limited number of residences.

The collection comprises three two-bedroom villas, one three-bedroom villa and one penthouse, with residences starting at approximately 300 square meters. Each is arranged on a single level and features its own private garden and infinity pool.

Architecture That Almost Disappears Into the Landscape

One of the project’s central ideas is that the architecture should never dominate the spectacular surroundings of Lake Garda.

The biophilic approach can be seen in the green roofs and the way the buildings have been integrated into the gently sloping terrain. Expansive glazed surfaces open the interiors toward the lake, while a natural color palette and stone details further soften the boundary between architecture and landscape.

Here, nature is not merely something to admire through a window. It becomes an integral part of the interiors and of the everyday rituals of living.

Interiors Inspired by 1960s Italian Yachts

The inspiration behind the interiors is particularly intriguing.

Apostoli Wellness Creators combined the natural landscape of Lake Garda with the elegance of 1960s yacht design.

Travertino Classico flooring flows continuously through the living and sleeping areas, while the interiors are executed in calm, neutral tones. Walls upholstered in raw silk alternate with lacquered boiserie panels, while the penthouse features luxurious Calacatta Oro marble.

The ceilings further reveal the level of attention devoted to detail. Recessed surfaces incorporating Canaletto walnut elements and integrated lighting create a warmer atmosphere, while the furniture has been custom-designed specifically for the development.

Soft, rounded forms once again evoke the world of classic yachts, without resorting to literal interpretations of nautical aesthetics.

The Colors of the Lake Enter the Interiors

Aquamarine accents appear on custom-made washbasins, decorative tapestries and onyx panels.

Their shades communicate directly with the color of the lake visible through the expansive glass surfaces, creating an almost seamless transition between interior and nature.

Wooden screens separating the bedroom suites from service areas provide a degree of privacy while maintaining the openness and visual continuity of the interiors.

This is luxury that does not depend on visual excess, but on materials, textures and the overall sense of space.

A Private Spa and Heated Infinity Pool in Every Villa

Wellness is, unsurprisingly, one of the most important elements of the entire concept.

Each Sky Pool Villa features a fully equipped outdoor terrace, a private heated infinity pool, a designer kitchen with an integrated bar and its own private spa area.

The two- and three-bedroom villas include a sauna and a dedicated treatment area, while the penthouse goes one step further with a whirlpool facing the outdoor space and an experience shower.

This combination perfectly illustrates how much the idea of a luxury retreat has changed. The spa is no longer somewhere guests reach by taking an elevator downstairs – it becomes part of the private residence itself.
