London-based non-profit organization compared the price of living in major cities, which these days are the core of major business. More specifically, they compared the average price of renting an apartment, compared to average salaries.

In their report, there were a lot of cities, and we present 12 of the most expensive. Number one will probably surprise you.

The average monthly rent: $ 1.033

The average share of the profits spent on rent: 33%

11. Chicago
