Adriana Lima bought herself to a new villa

Why do numerous supermodels around the world strive to achieve Victoria's Angel status?

Well, enjoying a life that is filled with luxury and lavish homes is certainly one of the reasons, and Adriana Lima, who just treated herself to a new home, proves it to us. The supermodel recently purchased a $12 million "transitional farmhouse" located in Los Angeles. This brand-new property located in the prestigious Brentwood area of the city is spread over approximately 750 square meters and includes modern amenities and decor, such as open living spaces with high ceilings, custom lighting, marble floors and warm oak panelling.

The front door of her mansion opens onto a long hallway that offers a perfectly clear view of the backyard. To the right is a formal dining area with bar, two kitchens, custom furniture and plenty of storage. Then there's the living room with all the luxury touches you'd expect to see, including a marble fireplace.

Other spaces include an open family room with brightly lit bookshelves, as well as an upstairs master bedroom that overlooks the rear yard and greenery, along with a balcony that doubles as an entertaining nook.

In all, her new villa has five bedrooms with private bathrooms, along with a separate guest house with one additional bedroom and bathroom. Other amenities include a 15-meter swimming pool with bar, campfire area, barbecue area, home theatre, gym and temperature-controlled wine cabinet.

Lima previously lived in a rented mansion in Santa Monica with her fiancé, Andre Lemmers, and also owned a multimillion-dollar apartment in New York that she sold a few years ago. Finally, we can safely say that this beauty definitely knows how to enjoy the finer side of life!
