The villa was built in 1928, and it has been designed by Marc Zeff. It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The kitchen is designed per actresses’ wishes in Spanish style. Next to the kitchen you have the dining room, where you can easily fit twenty people.
Glass walls will provide you a beautiful view across the ocean. The whole architecture just breeds Mediterranean style. Outside of the villa there is a bar, which has its own wine cellar and a room where guests can chose a Cuban cigar, one of the many that you can find in a house. The bar has a state-of-art sound system, and has seventeen places for sitting.
