As seen on Keeping Up With the Kardashians,Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been struggling to complete remodeling their dream home. As it turns out, the struggle has becometoo real as the newlyweds are now in talks to sell the place even before moving their things in.
An insider tells E! News that Kardahsian, 33, and West, 37, are planning to place the 9,000 square feet abode on the market despite never living it.
"They are such perfectionists that staying up-to-date with the latest appliances and home systems, etc., has been exhausting for them. They want to sell very soon, but they might just finish the house enough to get it on the market without trying to make it their perfect home," the source says. "They have no interest in becoming professional 'flippers' but rather have found the entire process exhausting."The couple reportedly spent $11 million on the "New Tuscan Mediterranean" digs in 2013. Located in the exclusive Bel Air Crest gated community, the sprawling mansion features a magnificent two-story entrance with black walnut parquet floors, cathedral-style living room with a stone fireplace, beamed ceiling, a bar with leaded windows, and a wine cellar -- which North West's parents gutted in order to build their fantasy home.
Situated on a premier parcel of land with an expansive private grassy yard that includes an 800 square feet pavilion, the property calls stars like Jennifer Aniston, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Kardashian pal Joe Francis neighbors.
For now, Kardashian and West are staying at Kris Jenner's family pad before listing their renovated house.
