Although Miami as a city is incredibly attractive to many people around the world, not everyone is lucky enough to live right next to the water, in a real fairy-tale setting...
The Miami Beach villa we're talking about today offers 18 meters of private beach on Biscayne Bay, along with a wooden dock and its own boat lift. The modernist complex, which hit the market for a whopping $25.5 million, has been put up for sale by Ryan Hudson, co-founder of Honey. The tech entrepreneur originally paid $15.2 million for the decadent Venetian Island estate back in 2021, but there's no word on whether any coupons were included in the transaction. Designed in 2018 by prominent Florida architect Max Strang, the residence was built in direct response to the area's subtropical climate. In fact, the residence can run entirely on solar energy.
Studio ABM Design, based in Connecticut, has been hired for elegant interiors. In total, there are four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread over 550 square meters. Throughout the home, you'll find large floor-to-ceiling windows, oak details, marble surfaces, and even walls wrapped in sumptuous suede. Of course, the transition from indoor to outdoor space is seamless thanks to the frameless sliding doors.
One notable amenity is the movie theatre, complete with soundproof walls and an IMAX Enhanced projector. If you prefer to spend your time outdoors (we don't blame you), there's a sparkling pool and spa to indulge in, in addition to a kitchen and airy roof terrace. Elsewhere, a study that doubles as a living room is lined with glass walls, making the entire space exude airiness.
