Rihanna sells elegant Beverly Hills mansion for $10.5 million

The Tudor-style mansion is right next to the singer's second residence in Beverly Hills.

Rihanna decided to sell her Tudor-style estate just over two years ago after shelling out $10 million for it. Since the property still hasn't sold, the singer has decided to list it again, but now at a price of $10.5 million. It's not known if the mansion was renovated during that time, but we know you'll have good neighbours: RiRi actually owns a house right next door to the mansion.

Located in the Beverly Hills neighbourhood, the half-acre property is gated and positioned on a cul-de-sac for added privacy. Originally built in the 1930s, the 510 square meter villa includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a guest house with a lounge, kitchenette, office and additional bedroom. The interior of the main residence exudes European elegance and here you will find double height beamed ceilings, original fireplaces and a mix of stone and hardwood floors.

The kitchen has a cosy breakfast nook, while the family room has French doors that open to the lush backyard. The magnificent dining room also leads to a covered outdoor seating area. Upstairs, the opulent master suite features a fireplace and private balcony, as befits a star like Rihanna.

When we look at the exterior, we notice manicured lawns and a patio that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The yard is adorned with a sparkling swimming pool with a cabana and a semi-basketball court.

Rihanna is no stranger to luxury real estate and owns a multi-million-dollar portfolio, including a lavish penthouse atop The Century tower once owned by Friends star Matthew Perry.
