Rihanna bought this villa at the end of last year at a price of 13.8 million dollars and added it to her already impressive portfolio. She also owns a nearby villa, which she bought in March for $ 10 million, along with a $ 6.8 million Hollywood Hills property, an apartment in Wilshire Corridor and her main residence, a penthouse in The Century skyscraper, which is worth $ 5.5 million.
The property she recently decided to rent is located in a beautiful alley in the mountains above Beverly Hills, while Paul McCartney is just one of the famous neighbours you can meet.
