On top of all the business ventures in which she dominates, Rihanna has decided to become a mogul of real estate, with five multi-million estates, only in Los Angeles…
If you have $ 80,000 that honestly stings your pocket, you can have the honour of calling Rihanna your landlord, over a period of a month. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms occupying an area of 760 square meters, the Coldwater Canyon villa is the ideal place for any oligarch who wants to recover from Covid-blues, with style. Rihanna bought this villa at the end of last year at a price of 13.8 million dollars and added it to her already impressive portfolio. She also owns a nearby villa, which she bought in March for $ 10 million, along with a $ 6.8 million Hollywood Hills property, an apartment in Wilshire Corridor and her main residence, a penthouse in The Century skyscraper, which is worth $ 5.5 million.
The property she recently decided to rent is located in a beautiful alley in the mountains above Beverly Hills, while Paul McCartney is just one of the famous neighbours you can meet. Originally constructed during the 1930s, the property has long been owned by novelist Mary Sheldon, daughter of Sidney Sheldon, and she sold it to entrepreneur and investor Daniel Starr. Starr then demolished and rebuilt every part of this home, before Rihanna stepped on the stage.
Safely hidden from street views by high hedges, this villa has a car driveway leading to a separate garage for two vehicles. The rounded set of stairs leads you to the house itself, which has a modern white facade, opposite the black metal roof and rim. When you go inside, modern, but at the same time traditional interiors are created as a homage to the modern farmhouse style, using an open space plan, accentuated by white, French oak floors.
The glass front door opens onto the foyer which overlooks the central courtyard with an al fresco terrace, a swimming pool and spa section, a loggia and a campfire area. On the main level there is a living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the exterior, along with a bar and an intimate family room.
There is also a gourmet, marble kitchen with dual islands, premium appliances and a breakfast banquet, accented by black leather seats.
If you head to higher levels, you will encounter a master bedroom overlooking Coldwater Canyon, which also has a fitted wardrobe with black elements, a marble spa bathroom and a private terrace. In addition, the villa features a private gym and a private cinema, along with a separate guest house.
