Porto Montengro or ’’Balkan Monte Carlo’’, which some people are calling it, is the most luxurios place in the region.
This superluxury marina, is built by Canadian billionaire Peter Munk, from what use to be a military shipyard. Prices of the apartments are extremly high, so it isn’t strange that condoes are sold for a couple of million euros.
What proves that this place breed true luxury, is the exaple that the residents are ready to pay 150,000 euros just so they can have a place for their yacht.
