They introduced a new, carbon-fiber version of its wonderful Roger Dubuis Excalibus 42 Automatic Skeleton model, which has a slightly sporty look and is somewhat lighter in comparison with the original version of this watch.
Its’ intriguing red-colored dial elements contribute to its overall charm, while 42 mm wide and 14.12 mm thick casing has a water resistance to a depth of 30 meters, making it stylish and practical at the same time.
Otherwise, this is the first time ever that the Roger Dubuis brand used carbon fiber for making cases for a single model, and we think they did a really great job.
Their mechanism Roger Dubuis caliber RD820SQ automatically takes care of the operation of this watch, and looks truly stunning in its beautiful dark theme. This complex mechanism has a frequency of 4 Hz and 28,800 vph, with a power reserve of 60 hours.
Carbon version of the Excalibur Skeleton Automatic model is not part of the limited edition, but will cost more than a decent new car, or 63,100 dollars.
