Actor Patrick Dempsey, when he is not performing as Dr. McDreamy, is hectic running his Dempsey Racing and being a professional race car driver for Porsche.
He had also signed profitable deals with many multi-national corporations as their brand ambassador to endorse products, and that portfolio ranges from fragrances to sunglasses to online dating. His latest venture is to propose a limited edition timepiece for Porsche Design. Dempsey had redesigned the Porsche Design Dashboard Automatic Chronograph to create the Porsche Design Dempsey Racing Limited Edition.
It took Dempsey months to design the watch the way he wanted it. Made fully in titanium it has a black dial with Dempsey Racing crest displayed outstandingly at 7 o’clock. Dial also features three sub-dials located at 3-6-9 o’clock positions and an easy grip crown. Printed at 12 o’clock is “Porsche Designs and Racing Edition”. Even though this is a driving watch, you can wear it for diving too, it is water resistant up to 100 meters. Limited to just 50 pieces, the Porsche Design Dempsey Racing Limited Edition is scheduled to go on sale on June 15.
