The automotive brand has teamed up with Dezer Development and Seiger Suarez Architects to build the brand's first residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The comfortable Aston Martin residences in Miami will enjoy the company of a beautiful 60-story Bentley structure that is touted as the tallest apartment building on American Beach and has more than 200 luxury apartments, which will have about 6000 square feet of interior and 2000 square feet of exterior. All apartments are in a great location and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful views of Miami Beach.
Exteriors will play an equally important role as interiors. Prospective tenants can expect spacious private balconies with pool, sauna and shower. In addition to the apartments, there is a garage for several cars and a patented "Dezervator" or elevator for cars. Living in a luxury tower also means having the best of everything. Bentley offers several common facilities such as a tenant-only restaurant, a carefully decorated bar and a lounge for cigarette lovers.
The tower will include a cinema, an expensive fitness centre and beautiful shared gardens for entertainment. “Built with luxury car owners in mind, each residence will include a multi-car garage per unit and a patented Dezervator car lift along with all the most desirable luxury amenities and world-class services,” Bentley explained.
The building looks amazing with a diamond-like façade that features a reflective surface with triangular glass windows. Bentley Residences Miami should be completed in 2026, with apartments worth $ 4.2 million.
