Forget private pools; this ultra-luxury skyscraper in Dubai will feature oases inspired by sanctuaries with transforming pools, VR diving simulators, and artistic water spaces for children.
In Dubai, the question is always, "What's next?" The emirate consistently impresses and responds rapidly. Luxury property developer Damac Properties has unveiled its latest architectural marvel: Damac Casa, a building that pays homage to the ever-evolving City of Gold. Inside this tower, islands rise vertically, emitting an unparalleled blend of water, serenity, and luxury. The standout feature is the virtual reality diving simulators in lavish accommodations, offering various virtual experiences, from the depths of the Red Sea to the expanses of the Indian Ocean, and even the infinity of space.
Inspired by the lotus flower, the structure will be located in the Al Sufouh area, overlooking Dubai's icon, the Palm. Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC, stated, "We are proud to introduce DAMAC Casa, a shining addition to our portfolio of distinctive luxury towers. Every detail has been meticulously designed, physically expressing our commitment to providing unparalleled experiences to our discerning clientele. Building on our extensive expertise and community feedback, this tower captures the essence of our brand ethos."
DAMAC Casa boasts features such as the "Floating Island," Aqua Spa, pools, and a children's playground. This children's area allows young artists to immerse themselves in their creativity using a new medium, with their watercolours then displayed on digital screens in the lobby. The Floating Island will offer luxury units with circular outdoor terraces and spacious water views. Oases inspired by sanctuaries also include the serene Aqua Spa, with treatment rooms that appear to float on water.
Furthermore, the space will likely feature a relaxation lounge equipped with a concept pool with transparent glass at a 360-degree angle. DAMAC Casa will offer luxury apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms, as well as super-luxury apartments with three, four, or five bedrooms with private elevators. Super-luxury units come with lavish oasis-style pools.
