The villa boasts an exceptional location, sitting directly on the sea in one of the most beautiful parts of the country's Pacific coast. Opened in 2022, it offers its guests the unique beauty of a panoramic terrace with a sea view, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Papagayo Peninsula.

Inside, Maria Nela Hernandez, an interior designer from Il Cantiere Inmobiliaria, dedicates a significant space to the kitchen where Officine Gullo takes center stage. With finishes in antiqued brass, the chosen color is a beautiful emerald green—timeless, deep, and lush, conveying a sense of beauty perfectly in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The custom kitchen is open-plan, designed to facilitate direct dialogue between the chef and guests, breaking down barriers between the kitchen and dining area, much like in modern homes where the kitchen is increasingly open to the living room—a shared dream.

In the center of the space is the kitchen with an island equipped with an induction cooking plate, a pasta cooking area, 2 professional high-efficiency burners, and an electric grill set on lava stone. All high-tech cooking equipment stands out with immediate power and high efficiency. On the opposite side of the cooking island, there is a shelf that allows it to be transformed into a counter where clients can sit.

Above the island, there are professional pyramidal hoods with LED lights, a built-in shelf for dish storage, and a central rod with hooks. Behind the island, the custom kitchen in the corner completes the space with a washing area featuring a brass wall sink and appliances such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator-freezer with an ice machine, an oven, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar, open for tasting events.
