This spectacular architectural marvel first caught attention by becoming the world's tallest branded residential tower with a clock. Standing at almost 457 meters with 106 floors, this project, located in Dubai Marina, has an estimated sales value of over $550 million. Just 22 meters shorter than the tallest residential building in the world, Central Park Tower in New York, this surreal structure is launched with a collection of 649 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes named Sky Courts and Sky Villas, spread across 106 floors.

A significant part of the tower is a large clock, measuring 40 meters by 30 meters. The masterpiece will be built in Germany and will be the second-largest clock tower, after the clock tower in Mecca. The dial is designed to look the same as the legendary Long Island model.
