A Canadian man is suing Lamborghini because his car turned yellow

Lamborghini Huracan painted in the traditional yellow color of this brand may be among the most popular if you ask its fans…

Still, the model with a V10 engine in pure white also looks incredibly good, which for many is even unexpected. But the story does not work out that way, for Canadian Calogero Caruso, who bought the model two years ago for his son, for just over $ 275,000.

In fact, he experienced absolute shock when his white 2017 Lamborghini Huracan Spyder began to turn yellow. According to CTV News, Caruso raised a second mortgage on his family home to buy an exotic Italian model because his son had "always dreamed of having such a luxury vehicle." Instead, they got a real nightmare.

When complaining about the color change to a Lamborghini car dealer, the salon manager said the car might look a little yellowish in the sun. Still, the white Huracan continued to get yellow even when parked indoors. The dealership offered to repaint the car, which Caruso declined, saying it would significantly reduce the value of the car.

Of course, Caruso decided to sue the car dealer, and the process has been going on for months. While Caruso returned the car to the dealership in August 2018, he continued to repay the mortgage, pay the insurance and registration costs, and therefore expects the Lamborghini Montreal showroom to receive reimbursement in the amount of the car's price, with additional costs, which comes to more than $ 300,000.
