Rezvani Dune Turns the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato Into an Extreme Off-Road Supercar

If the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato was already one of the most unusual supercars of its generation, California-based Rezvani has now decided to take things several steps further.

Its latest project, called Dune, uses the Sterrato as its foundation and transforms it into a more brutal, taller and more powerful machine built for terrain that a conventional Lamborghini would almost never encounter.

The result is a supercar with a carbon-fiber body, 31-inch all-terrain tires, additional suspension lift and a supercharged V10 engine producing an impressive 800 hp. Only seven examples will be built, immediately making it one of the most exclusive Huracán conversions ever created.

Carbon Fiber, Snorkel and Massive Tires

The Rezvani Dune features an entirely new carbon-fiber body kit that further emphasizes the already aggressive proportions of the Sterrato. Wider fenders, more pronounced bodywork and a roof-mounted intake give it a considerably more rugged appearance.

The car has been raised by an additional 4.5 inches, which is 2.8 inches more than the Sterrato itself. Combined with 31-inch all-terrain tires, the Dune sits approximately six inches higher overall than a standard Huracán, with total ground clearance of around 11 inches.

To make it better equipped for serious off-road challenges, Rezvani has also added underbody protection, auxiliary lighting and a roof-mounted snorkel – a feature you would be far more likely to expect on an extreme off-roader than an Italian supercar.

The V10 Now Produces 800 Horsepower

The changes are not limited to appearance and suspension.

The familiar 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 has received a supercharger developed in collaboration with VF Engineering, increasing output to a claimed 800 hp.

That represents an increase of almost 200 horsepower compared with the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato, which produces 610 hp.

Rezvani has not released torque figures or official performance numbers, but the car on which the Dune is based can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in around 2.5 seconds, so there is little doubt that this extreme version will be brutally fast as well.

A Supercar Built for Off-Road Adventures

From the very beginning, the Sterrato was conceived as a Huracán that did not have to remain on asphalt, but the Dune takes that philosophy in a much more radical direction.

Greater ground clearance, massive tires, underbody protection and additional off-road equipment give the car the character of a genuine off-road machine, while its carbon-fiber construction and V10 engine preserve the DNA of a supercar.

It is precisely this contrast that represents the greatest appeal of the Dune – it looks like a vehicle ready to conquer the desert, yet underneath it all remains a Lamborghini Huracán.

Only Seven Examples

Rezvani plans to produce just seven examples of the Dune.

Pricing has not yet been announced, but it is almost certain to be significantly higher than the original starting price of the Huracán Sterrato, which was around $300,000.

For collectors looking for something even more exclusive and outrageous than the already unconventional Sterrato, the Dune represents exactly what Rezvani has become known for – a vehicle that takes existing boundaries and simply ignores them.
