Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider in Crystal Couture: A $3 Million Hypercar Turned Into a Moving Prism

Personalizing a car usually means a new wrap, wheels, or carbon-fiber accents. But Utah millionaire and YouTuber Brad Bonham, better known as Supercar Ron, decided to take things a step further – with the help of his garage manager, Tays Anderson.

For Monterey Car Week, a $3 million Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider was transformed into a dazzling masterpiece adorned with no fewer than 300,000 hand-set crystals, a process that required an astonishing 800 hours of meticulous work.

It all began with a casual conversation. Six months before Monterey, Bonham gave Anderson full freedom to come up with a surprise that would make the Valkyrie stand out at the world’s biggest collector car gathering. Anderson – who also manages the channel’s social media – decided to create something that would capture global attention.

To protect the hypercar, the vehicle was first wrapped in a silver foil designed to enhance the brilliance of the crystals. Then came the most demanding part: in collaboration with crystal-specialist Kristal Ninja, a team of eight people painstakingly applied each of the 300,000 crystals by hand, section by section, following the aggressive lines of the Valkyrie Spider’s aerodynamic design.

The result is nothing short of mesmerizing. In sunlight, the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider becomes a moving prism, scattering rainbow reflections in every direction. At night, under artificial lighting, it transforms into a rolling luxury disco – as if this hypercar ever needed extra help drawing attention.

Critics may call it excessive, but there is no denying that such a spectacle leaves no one indifferent. Bonham’s sparkling Valkyrie is more than just a car – it is a statement. A symbol of wealth unbothered by opinions, the embodiment of extravagance pushed to the very edge of possibility.

With 1,155 horsepower and a $3 million price tag, the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider is already a dream machine. But in this crystalline guise, covered in hundreds of thousands of shimmering stones, it transcends the category of automobile and becomes a work of art. Love it or find it too flamboyant, one thing is certain – you will never see another like it.
