The Terminator’s Hypercar Is Up for Sale: Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 2015 Bugatti Veyron Roars Back to the Market

Arnold Schwarzenegger — bodybuilding legend, Hollywood icon, former governor, and pop culture titan — is also known for his spectacular taste in automobiles. And one of the clearest testaments to that is now back on the market: his former 2015 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, offered by the prestigious dealership Miller Motorcars in Greenwich.

But this isn’t just any Veyron. Chassis #074 represents the pinnacle of early-2010s hypercar engineering. Personally configured by Schwarzenegger himself, this Veyron Vitesse features an elegant White Silver Metallic exterior paired with a rich Havana leather interior, consciously avoiding the flashier two-tone finishes often seen on Veyrons. The result? A subtle, luxurious masterpiece that still stuns nearly a decade later.

The Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse holds a special place in automotive history as the fastest roadster of its time, capable of reaching a jaw-dropping 408 km/h (254 mph) with the roof down. Its monstrous 8.0-liter W16 engine produces 1,200 horsepower and 1,500 Nm of torque, numbers that remain awe-inspiring even by today’s performance standards.

When Bugatti confirmed this top-speed record in 2013, they marked the occasion with a limited run of eight “World Record Edition” models, making the Vitesse an instant collector's item. While Schwarzenegger’s isn’t one of those eight, it still stands out — thanks to its celebrity provenance and tailored specifications.

This particular example is loaded with narrative: imagine the driver’s seat once occupied by Schwarzenegger himself, cigar in hand, enjoying the fusion of brute force and refined engineering. From Opel Kadett to Bugatti, Schwarzenegger’s car collection is a roadmap of his rise — and this Veyron is one of its most illustrious highlights.

The car currently shows just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer and, since parting ways with Arnold around 2018, has been meticulously maintained. It recently received a new set of tires — a $28,000 investment — and still benefits from the factory warranty valid until the end of 2025. As one of just 22 Grand Sport Vitesse units built for the U.S. market, its rarity only adds to its desirability.

While the current asking price remains undisclosed, sources suggest Schwarzenegger sold it for around €2.5 million, with today’s value expected to be significantly higher due to rising demand for Veyron models — especially those with celebrity ties.

For the fortunate few who can consider such an acquisition, this Veyron offers more than just mind-blowing speed. It’s a rolling fusion of engineering brilliance, pop culture heritage, and automotive history — a machine once commanded by the Terminator himself.
