ZENITH 24 hours of Elegance by CHIVAS presents :1957 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith owned by H.E. N. Alfredo D’Angieri Ambassador of Belize

A 7 seater long wheel base Rolls Royce Silver Wraith built in 1957. Ordered in 1956 by Mr. Samuel Robinson, founder of the chain of supermarkets in Philadelphia and Delaware, Acme Inc.

After his death in 1959 the Silver Wraith was sold to the prestigious publicity and production company in New York Norman, Craig & Kummel Inc.

May 13th 1988, the Silver Wraith was then acquired by a dealer on behalf of the Swedish Royal Family and from that day the car had never been driven again until May 14th 2013 when acquired by H.E. N. Alfredo D’Angieri, Ambassador of Belize.

The Silver Wraith was brought to Italy for a total restoration, the Ambassador had asked for the collaboration of the famous fashion industry company Hermès Paris, the body color was changed from black to yellow and grey.

The coachwork was done with the leather of the famous Hermès bags and the given color is Yellow Milano, a new tone of yellow created by Hermès for the opening of their flagship store in Via Monte Napoleone in Milan. The profiles and trims were done in grey to accompany the exterior color of the Silver Wraith.

In the left side of the car is a perfectly fitted wooden furniture holding within four color toned tea cups to sync with the color of the interior coachwork, at the center a humidor in cedar wood from Lebanon for the favorite cigars of His Excellency, to the right a compartment that follows with four champagne glasses, and finally to the bottom a compartment that where is stored a champagne bottle and a thermos for hot water.

This Silver Wraith was transformed into a refined symbol of elegance.

In 2014, once finished the coachwork and bodywork the car is transported to Chichester, United Kingdom, to have engine and mechanics fully restored in the workshop of Mark Taylor, one of the most refined and expert Rolls Royce specialists in the world.
