Introducing the warm gesture of inclusivity and the excitement of skateboarding, the brand's creative director, Alessandro Michele, presented the unisex wristwatch, Gucci Grip…
Utilizing the combined spirit of human interaction and youth, Gucci's latest watch represents something completely different. The new model is offered in two unisex variants, with a case made of yellow gold with PVD finish, three windows that give us hours, minutes and a date, with a similarly designed bracelet adorned with GG engraving. Featured in multiple iterations, the alternative Grip watch also features a stainless steel case as well as a variable green alligator strap.
The G-Timeless Automatic model has a steel case, with a black onyx dial, with bees in its design. It offers an option between a steel bracelet with an 18k gold clasp, a blue lapis lazuli stone dial and a blue leather strap.
Fascinated by the inclusiveness of the skateboarding community, its diversity and radical lifestyle, Alessandro's latest watch designs are inspired by a skateboard upper that gives them stability, combining timeless appeal with contemporary style to create a model that holds tight to your wrist.
As part of its latest campaign, the Gucci brand has invited numerous skaters and artists from around the world to participate in it, sharing personal stories about their community and lifestyle. With participants of all ages, Gucci wants to create diversity in its market, with functionality in its range.
