For “The Lady 8” jewelry watches Jaquet Droz decided to move their Lucky No 8 from dial to the case and then to the buckle.
The result is a collection of three feminine watches full of beauty. Number 8 first appeared on Jaquet Droz’s Grande Seconde watch collection and the company has decided to extend the collection with a new take on ladies watches.
No 8 on the bezel is created by the embedded pearl or a round precious stone on its summit. The color of the precious stone is always matched to the color of the dial. The effort to curb temptation to play with the movable decorative stone may never be successful for the wearer. Lugs are done away with to ensure fluid lines and the strap is act as an extension of the case.
The watch is available in three variations – 18 karat white gold, 18 karat red gold and stainless steel. All three models are powered by Jaquet Droz 1153 self-winding mechanical movement, carries a power reserve of 68 hours and a frequency of 28,800 vph. Water resistance up to 100 feet, watches come with individual serial number engraved on the back.
